Terms of Service

Do It Or UR Gay is a paid accountability product. You set goals. We email and optionally text you crude locker-room jokes until you check in. If you skip, we roast the skip as gay. That is the product. It is opt-in comedy between adults, not a statement about anyone's identity, and not hate.
Who can use this
You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The joke
You choose a roast level when you create a goal. Messages may call skipping gay, or ask if you're into "gay stuff" instead of the goal. That is bro-roast comedy about the skip, not a claim about who you are. If that is not funny to you, do not sign up, turn the roast down, or cancel. We do not provide the service without that voice.
Billing
New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial, then $7 per month unless we post a different price at checkout. You authorize Stripe to store your payment method and charge it when the trial ends. Cancel anytime in the billing portal before renewal to avoid the next charge. Fees already charged are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Texts and email
Email reminders are part of the service. SMS is optional and requires your consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to pause texts. Reply HELP for commands. If you name an accountability buddy, we email them only if you give us their email, and we text them only after they reply YES to an opt-in from us.
No life coach, no guarantee
We send reminders. We do not promise you will work out, take your meds, or change your life. We are not a medical, mental-health, or emergency service. If you are in crisis, get local help. Do not use this app as a substitute for that.
Accounts
Keep your email inbox under your control. Magic-link sign-in is how we know it is you. Do not share links. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, spam others, or try to break billing or messaging.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for missed goals, offended feelings, SMS carrier delays, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
